Roger is a detail oriented individual who clearly sees the objective and diligently works towards achieving success. I was very impressed with the level of exposure for the MCAS Yuma Airshow in 2010 that Roger was able to obtain which benefited all of the performers and of course the show itself. Roger’s work product is a benchmark in the industry and I wish all air shows had a “Roger”.
