Roger is a detail oriented individual who clearly sees the objective and diligently works towards achieving success. I was very impressed with the level of exposure for the MCAS Yuma Airshow in 2010 that Roger was able to obtain which benefited all of the performers and of course the show itself. Roger is a great Director who understands the importance of social media in the marketing and branding world. He is always strategizing and planning his next move, while learning and exploring new avenues for marketing. He doesn’t make the workplace seem stressful or stifled, but instead encourages an environment that is free to learn and share ideas. I was introduced to Roger very shortly after my first steps on base, and what a difference it has made … In my experience with directors Roger is bar none the best I have had the opportunity to work for. He brings not only management experience to the table, he has the skill set and the know how to work on a project right along side you. He trusts his creative, he fights for new ideas, and is always pushing the envelope in terms of our offices reach and implementation. Roger is a great Marketing Director, and I would work for him in whatever chance I got. Consummate Professional. Having worked with Roger for 3 MCAS Yuma Air Show’s, the level of intricacies that Roger utilized to make each of those show’s a huge success were sensational. For those behind the scenes, the seamless transition of events required Roger to go from Marketing Director, to event coordinator in an instant. He worked closely with Airfield Operations to elevate these shows to give the public in Yuma an Air Show worthy of the success it achieved at ICAS. The Wall of Fire achieved in 2009 couldn’t have succeeded without Roger being 110% on board. He is successful marketer, successful video expert, and can give the customer exactly what they want. He is a passionate leader, and his influence has spread well beyond MCAS Yuma. I would definitely recommend Roger, and would work with him again if the opportunity arose.
