I was introduced to Roger very shortly after my first steps on base, and what a difference it has made … In my experience with directors Roger is bar none the best I have had the opportunity to work for. He brings not only management experience to the table, he has the skill set and the know how to work on a project right along side you. He trusts his creative, he fights for new ideas, and is always pushing the envelope in terms of our offices reach and implementation. Roger is a great Marketing Director, and I would work for him in whatever chance I got.
