Roger is a great Director who understands the importance of social media in the marketing and branding world. He is always strategizing and planning his next move, while learning and exploring new avenues for marketing. He doesn’t make the workplace seem stressful or stifled, but instead encourages an environment that is free to learn and share ideas. It has been a pleasure to work for Roger and I know that he will do great things and continue to provide great leadership and mentorship for those who work with him.
