When I first started working under Roger’s direction I knew very little of graphic/web design as it pertained to the constantly changing world of e-commerce. I came from a more simple marketing/media background. Roger was a wealth of information and support for me, helping me understand my strengths and what I could potentially work on. Most importantly, and in addition to many other modes of guidance, he helped me understand the relationship between design and ROI, a concept far different from my initial “artistic” approach to the field.
