Roger Lopez and I worked together at CCA and B and I cannot express what a great coworker he is. If I had to choose a descriptor for Roger it would be “Marketing Strategist Guru”. Roger and the digital team successfully built out a digital presence…from scratch…for The Elf on the Shelf® in 2012 including: the company’s first apps, first games, new website, new e-blast program, social media, implementation of analytics, and new marketing strategies that the company had never implemented before. The launch of the apps had such great success that they topped the charts in downloads for the children’s applications category on I-Tunes. Roger was also very helpful and eager to collaborate with me in providing research to support the Product Development Team in the creation of new product concepts. Roger uses creative thinking to not only drive brand awareness, but creates marketing strategies that prove to be revenue generating for a company. On a personal level, I really enjoyed working with Roger because he is kind, a pleasure to work with, very intelligent, and a hard-working individual. His vast knowledge makes him excellent at making brilliant ideas come to fruition. Roger is one of those individuals that possess REAL skills that are difficult to find in the industry.
