I worked closely with Roger at Sideqik and he was a fantastic boss. When he first hired me he looked at me and said you will learn more in this first year here than you would learn in 5 anywhere else. This statement was incredibly true. The amount of time he spent teaching and challenging me has made me into the MarTech seller I am today. Roger understands marketing more than anyone else I have ever met and is constantly thinking 10 steps ahead of where the market is going and how to get there first. I couldn’t have asked for a better boss right out of college. You don’t find many people who are as willing to teach and invest in your abilities not just as an employee but also as a person as Roger does. Any company would be incredibly lucky to have Roger on their team!
