I had the incredible privilege of having Roger as my personal guide to the digital marketing world. Roger is knowledgeable, patient, and innovative. He is happy to share everything he knows, and there is no better person to learn from since he lives and breathes marketing. He is always on the search for the next big thing in digital marketing, which ensures he is always ahead of the trends. As a manager, he led by example and with compassion. Roger was never afraid to work hard, take up any task, or try new strategies. He assigned projects with full trust in his team to accomplish them but was always available to help explain new concepts or answer any questions. He listened to his team and was open to hearing new ideas from anyone regardless of experience. Roger encouraged out of the box thinking, collaboration, and taking risks.
