Roger is a huge inspiration in my career and journey. I started off as a marketing intern and developed into a full time hire under the direction of Roger as VP of Marketing at DMOPC.com now DMO.com. I learned countless skills that I still use today. I truly enjoyed my time working for Roger. I can’t say enough to his endless energy and commitment. He is a selfless visionary for learning and development.
